NOTE: THIS IS A FIRST DRAFT; THE PRIMARY ACCOMPLISHMENT IS NOT AN ACTUAL CHECKLIST SO MUCH AS A SUMMARY OF PROCEDURES TO IMPORT. IT IS A USEFUL MEANS TO REALIZE WHAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED, DO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE PROCESS, AND HAVE NOT ACCOMPLISHED AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND. IT WOULD ALSO BE HELPFUL FOR BYRON TO READ OVER IT AND IDENTIFY MISCOMUNICATIONS FROM TRANSLATIONS.
