1.- Te cuento que hoy estuve con los chicos en 2 casas, no lleve a nadie de eeppg, por favor dime exctamente como tengo que hacer, hoy me sirvio para darme cuenta de algunas cosas como:
a.- Se necesita mas camaras, te tengo una mala noticia mi camara se atasco con el floppy nuevo no la puedo sacar de la camara.
b.- Necesito una guia que me dijas para seguir los pasos para las casas.
c.- Pienso que no hare mas casas hasta que tu me dijas.
d.- Los chicos estan trabajando con las tablas, lei tus instrucciones que le enviaste a Nacho pero pienso que de la forma que se maneja ahora es buena, ya que cuando hagan las casas tendran que intercambiarse datos y hacer mas detallado.
e.- Necesito hacer una carta para EEPG para que lleven el medidor casa por casa?
f.- si pienso que deberias venir, pero bueno aqui sacaremos las cosas adelante , no es facil pero bueno todos aprendemos.
2.- Estare esperando los papeles traducidos por Alfonso.
3.- No me a llegado ningun mensaje de Ecotone.
4.- No entiendo bien lo que me pides, que forme un Quest con un test para instituciones o Alfonso etc, eso es?.

- MONITORING HOUSES: It is best for the students to stay focused on the EEPG energy balance statement in class. On the other hand, it is also a waste not to be using the Watts-up every day. So here is my suggestion: In class, the students should stay focused on the EEPG energy balance statement. In addition, each week the students should be monitoring a different appliance in the home: one week refrigerator, next week television, next week radio, next week water pump, next week lamp, etc., until all the electric appliances in the home have been monitored for one week each. I will set up a specific quest for entering data by appliance. I should do this by later today, tomorrow at the latest. They can start the monitoring this weekend with refrigerators. To be in compliance with Victor’s request at EEPG, we should be monitoring each appliance for a minimum of three days, but let’s try for seven days---one week. Computer time should be given to all the students on the same day each week in order to download data, make a graph, post to the schoolhouse, and clear the Watts-Up for additional data collection. It would be good to coordinate one day a week to do this. It does not matter what day. If a team of students is working on the monitoring of a home or business, they do not have to do this task as well. Please note that I do not want to distract students from their work on the energy balance sheet. So that comes first. On the other hand, they should be able to multi-task (do more than one thing at the same time).

- CAMERA: Try getting some help from Christian with the camera. If a disk gets stuck, throw it away! Take no chances! I will do something about the camera situation once more money arrives. I am still waiting for the funds for this phase of the program.

b.- Necesito una guia que me dijas para seguir los pasos para las casas.
- Are you referring to someone at EEPG? Are you focused on the student’s houses only? Or are you looking at other houses? Please stay focused on the student’s houses first. I especially want the parents involved. We do need an EEPG person to set up the demand meter on the electric service into the house. And we need them to get that data to you immediately after they collect it. What I need to do at my end is to set up the schoolhouse postings for house. I need some time to do this, as I need to think through the posting process. Give me a few days, but do remind me to do this.

c.- Pienso que no hare mas casas hasta que tu me dijas.
- Yes, just houses only at this step. One type of building at a time. Francesco is saying that he wants data for 10 houses and 10 commercial buildings. We should do the houses first and get that correct. Did you and Francesco go over the shortened energy audit forms?

d.- Los chicos estan trabajando con las tablas, lei tus instrucciones que le enviaste a Nacho pero pienso que de la forma que se maneja ahora es buena, ya que cuando hagan las casas tendran que intercambiarse datos y hacer mas detallado.
- As the students do there work each day, they should be posting it to the schoolhouse. I cannot see their work in any other way. So, they start their day working on data tables. When they are done with that data table, they need to post their progress. Nacho can set up a separate quest and task for their daily postings, or it they can be posted in the EEPG quest at the following location. It is best that they post to the EEPG quest, but if Nacho wants to maange a separate quest for each students’ work, that is fine also, perhaps better. But he needs to approve the reports each day. The tasks can be set up by student name. Each day that the students work they can submit a new report. In that manner, we can see their progress on a specific task. Please discuss this with Nacho and let me know what he thinks before we make a decision on this.

e.- Necesito hacer una carta para EEPG para que lleven el medidor casa por casa?
- Yes. If you need help with that letter, let me know. I am not sure when you should tell them of the start date. Let’s wait until next week at least.

f.- si pienso que deberias venir, pero bueno aqui sacaremos las cosas adelante , no es facil pero bueno todos aprendemos.

- The papers have been translated, but I could not download one document. I should be getting the the final document this morning and I will post everything to this task as a report.

- I do not understand this message. Are you telling me that you do not receive messages from Ecotone. This is a problem if that is true. Please provide more detail.

- Kal is arriving in San Cristobal on June 12th. That should be the latest. Ron is returning from Europe on Sunday. Monday I will discuss money transfers. I am putting together a budget with all the “facturas.” Please review the postings that you made. Some facturas did not post properly and need to be redone. (I know that this is late for Freddy!)
