TUESDAY AFTERNOON

First meeting with Mr. Edgar Larrea Naranjo, vice-principal; Ms. Maria Lopez Balseca, principal; Alfonso Tovar, Schoen Hodges, David Hodges; Ricardo Gavilanez, CNG teacher, and Kal Kallevig (in the rol of graphic reporter)

TUESDAY AFTERNOON

We are discussing the possibilities for an inter-schools curricula, the potential of the Virtual Schoolhouse, the inclusion of CNG in the MicroSolar Learning Initiative and a student interchange program

Ms. Maria Lopez is introducing us to students in a classroom. This day we visited the school facilities and we met several teachers and students.

CNG has an evening schedule as well. This is the library .

I'm leading a conference to introduce SolarQuest and myself, the goals of the project and to explore ideas on sustainability.

We continued meeting teachers and students in the evening class schedule.

THURSDAY MORNING

In the second conference I included a tour to the existing Photovoltaic System. I had previously explained the modifications to be implemented.

Ricardo Gavilanez has been the main responsible for the system since its installation at the end of 1998. He's answering some questions to his collegues.

All the participants checked out the top and back of the panels and the structure that supports the 40 panels.

The tour to the PV system also included a visit to the room where the new equipment to be installed was stored the previous night.
